A vibrant tropical frozen drink blending sweet raspberries, creamy coconut, and juicy pineapple for a refreshing alcohol-free island-inspired treat. Smooth, fruity, and perfectly chilled for warm days or festive gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup frozen raspberries
  • 3/4 cup chilled pineapple juice
  • 1/2 cup cream of coconut
  • 2 tablespoons coconut water
  • 1 cup crushed ice
  • Fresh raspberries for garnish
  • Pineapple wedge for garnish
  • Mint leaves for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place your serving glass in the freezer for 5 to 10 minutes to chill.
  2. Add the frozen raspberries, pineapple juice, cream of coconut, coconut water, and crushed ice to a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth, creamy, and fully combined.
  4. Taste and adjust sweetness or thickness by adding a splash of pineapple juice if needed.
  5. Pour the mixture into the chilled glass.
  6. Garnish with fresh raspberries, a pineapple wedge, and mint leaves.
  7. Serve immediately while cold and refreshing.

Notes

  • For a thicker texture, add extra crushed ice or a few more frozen raspberries.
  • If you prefer a lighter drink, substitute part of the cream of coconut with additional coconut water.
