These slimming world baked oats are a comforting and filling breakfast made with simple ingredients, perfect for a satisfying start to the day. They are lightly sweet, soft, and easy to customize with your favourite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 40g oats
  • 1 banana, mashed
  • 1 egg
  • 100ml fat-free natural yogurt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp sweetener
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Blueberries or other fruit, optional

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and prepare a small baking dish or ovenproof ramekin.
  2. Mash the banana in a bowl, then add the egg, yogurt, vanilla extract, and sweetener. Mix well.
  3. Stir in the oats and baking powder until combined.
  4. Add fruit if using, then pour the mixture into the prepared dish.
  5. Bake until the oats are set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Serve warm with extra yogurt or fruit if desired.
