Tender slow-cooked chicken thighs are shredded and tossed with lo mein noodles in a bold sweet-and-spicy Asian Zing sauce. This easy slow cooker meal is packed with flavor and perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 1 (12-ounce) jar Asian Zing sauce
  • 1 1/2 pounds skinless boneless chicken thighs
  • 1 (16-ounce) package fresh lo mein noodles
  • 1 bunch green onions, sliced, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Place the chicken thighs in the slow cooker.
  2. Pour the Asian Zing sauce evenly over the chicken.
  3. Cover and cook on low for about 3 hours, or until the chicken is very tender.
  4. Use two forks to shred the chicken into large pieces directly in the slow cooker.
  5. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
  6. Cook the lo mein noodles according to the package instructions until tender.
  7. Drain the noodles well.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the slow cooker with the shredded chicken.
  9. Toss everything together until the noodles are fully coated in the sauce.
  10. Serve hot and garnish with sliced green onions.
