2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
1 cup low-sodium chicken broth
1 cup creamy Caesar dressing, plus more for serving if desired
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
6 hamburger buns or 12 slider buns, toasted
2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
Instructions
Place the chicken and chicken broth in a 4- to 6-quart slow cooker.
