This snickerdoodle hot chocolate is rich, creamy, and infused with warm cinnamon and vanilla flavors. Made with white chocolate, it’s a cozy treat that’s ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla extract
  • A pinch of salt
  • 2 oz. white chocolate, chopped
  • A dash of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan over medium-low heat, add the milk and bring it to a gentle simmer.
  2. Add the cinnamon sticks, vanilla extract, and salt. Reduce the heat to low and stir occasionally for 5 minutes to infuse the flavors.
  3. Remove the cinnamon sticks. Add the chopped white chocolate and ground cinnamon, stirring until the chocolate is completely melted and the mixture is smooth.
  4. Remove from heat and pour into a mug. Top with whipped cream, marshmallows, and cinnamon sugar if desired.

Notes

  • For extra cinnamon flavor, let the cinnamon sticks steep a few minutes longer.
