Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 3/4 cup warm milk
  • 1/4 cup water (as needed)
  • Butter or oil for cooking

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix flour, salt, and sugar.
  2. Add oil and mix until crumbly.
  3. Gradually add warm milk and knead into a soft dough, adding water as needed.
  4. Knead the dough for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. Cover and let the dough rest for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Divide into equal portions and roll each into a ball.
  7. Roll out each ball into a thin circle.
