Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, shredded
  • 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon hot sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/4 cup celery, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1/2 lemon

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, hot sauce, garlic powder, paprika, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  2. Mix well until the dressing is smooth and fully combined.
  3. Add the shredded chicken, celery, red onion, and cilantro to the bowl.
  4. Toss everything together until the chicken is evenly coated with the dressing.
  5. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed.
