Ingredients
1 pint fresh strawberries, hulled
1 cup yogurt (fat-free vanilla or Greek-style)
3 Tbsp sweetener (sugar, honey, or preferred sweetener), or to taste
Juice of 1/2 lime
Instructions
Place the strawberries in a food processor and puree to your desired consistency.
Add the yogurt, sweetener, and lime juice. Process until smooth and well combined.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds or small paper cups.
Insert popsicle sticks and freeze until completely firm, about 4 hours.
To remove, run warm water over the outside of the molds until the popsicles release easily.
Notes
Greek yogurt will create a thicker, creamier texture.
Adjust the sweetener based on the sweetness of the strawberries.
Store frozen popsicles in an airtight container for up to 1 month.
Fresh lime zest can be added for extra citrus flavor.
