Ingredients
1 1/2 cups Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons honey (or maple syrup)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sliced fresh strawberries
1/3 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Combine the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a mixing bowl and stir until thoroughly mixed.
Spread the yogurt mixture evenly on a parchment-lined rimmed sheet pan.
Sprinkle the sliced strawberries evenly over the yogurt.
Place the dark chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
Drizzle the melted chocolate over the yogurt and strawberries.
Freeze for 2 hours, or until firm. Cut or break the frozen yogurt bark into pieces and serve immediately.
Notes
Maple syrup can be substituted for the honey.
Line the sheet pan with parchment paper to make the frozen bark easy to remove.
Store leftover yogurt bark in a freezer-safe container for up to 1 month.
Serve directly from the freezer for the best texture.
