These white chocolate-covered pretzels combine crunchy, salty pretzels with a smooth, sweet white chocolate coating. An easy no-bake treat that’s perfect for holidays, parties, gifting, or everyday snacking.

Ingredients

  • 6 (1-ounce) squares white chocolate
  • 1 (15-ounce) package mini twist pretzels

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate in the top of a double boiler over simmering water, stirring frequently until smooth and completely melted.
  2. Dip each pretzel into the melted white chocolate, using a fork to turn and coat it evenly.
  3. Lift each coated pretzel out of the chocolate and gently tap the fork against the side of the bowl to remove excess chocolate.
  4. Place the coated pretzels on a baking sheet lined with wax paper or parchment paper.
  5. Allow the pretzels to cool at room temperature until the white chocolate coating is completely firm.
  6. Once set, remove the pretzels from the paper and serve or store in an airtight container.

Notes

  • Use good-quality white chocolate for a smooth coating and rich flavor.
  • A microwave can be used instead of a double boiler. Heat the white chocolate in 20-second intervals, stirring between each interval until smooth.
  • Keep water and steam away from the melted chocolate to prevent it from seizing.
  • For a festive touch, add colorful sprinkles or crushed candy canes before the chocolate sets.
  • For faster setting, refrigerate the coated pretzels for 10 to 15 minutes.
  • Store in an airtight container in a cool, dry place for up to 2 weeks.
  • Nutrition values are approximate and depend on the amount of white chocolate coating used.
