These build-your-own breakfast pizzas are loaded with cheese, breakfast meats, and eggs on a crisp personal-sized pizza crust. Perfect for feeding a crowd and customizing with favorite toppings.

Ingredients

  • 4 large pizza dough balls
  • 8 tsp olive oil
  • Garlic powder, to taste
  • 32 ounces shredded cheddar cheese
  • 32 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 lb breakfast sausage, cooked
  • 1 package bacon, cooked
  • Green onion, sliced
  • 8 eggs
  • Handful of parsley, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line baking sheets with parchment paper. Prepare the pizza dough according to package directions if needed. Cook the bacon and sausage.
  2. Cut each dough ball in half to make 8 portions. Roll each portion into a 6- to 7-inch circle on a lightly floured surface.
  3. Place the dough rounds on the prepared baking sheets. Brush each with 1 teaspoon olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder.
  4. Top each pizza with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, sausage, bacon, and green onion as desired. For a baked egg, leave a space in the center and crack an egg into it.
  5. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes, until the crust is lightly browned and the egg white is set.
  6. If using scrambled eggs instead, softly scramble them on the stovetop and add them during the last 7 to 8 minutes of baking.
  7. Garnish with parsley if desired and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Customize each pizza with different topping combinations.
  • For runny yolks, monitor the pizzas closely near the end of baking.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.
  • Reheat in the oven or air fryer for best texture.
