A quick and refreshing apple greens smoothie packed with fruit and kale for a nutritious boost. Lightly sweet and ready in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 small banana, frozen
  • 3/4 cup frozen peach, mango, and strawberry blend
  • 1/2 red apple, cored
  • 1 cup raw kale
  • 3/4 cup pure apple juice (no added sugars)
  • 1/4 cup unflavoured collagen peptides

Instructions

  1. Add the kale to the bottom of the blender, then add the frozen fruit and apple.
  2. Pour in the apple juice.
  3. Add the collagen peptides.
  4. Cover and blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high until completely smooth.
  5. Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.

Notes

  • You may see small bits of apple skin after blending; this is normal.
  • Use fresh fruit if frozen is unavailable, but add ice for a chilled texture.
  • Collagen peptides can be omitted or replaced with a protein powder of choice.
  • Best consumed immediately for freshness and nutrient retention.
