- 1/2 small banana, frozen
- 3/4 cup frozen peach, mango, and strawberry blend
- 1/2 red apple, cored
- 1 cup raw kale
- 3/4 cup pure apple juice (no added sugars)
- 1/4 cup unflavoured collagen peptides
- Add the kale to the bottom of the blender, then add the frozen fruit and apple.
- Pour in the apple juice.
- Add the collagen peptides.
- Cover and blend, starting on low speed and increasing to high until completely smooth.
- Pour into a glass and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- You may see small bits of apple skin after blending; this is normal.
- Use fresh fruit if frozen is unavailable, but add ice for a chilled texture.
