Ingredients
2 large chicken breasts, cubed
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
2 tablespoons sriracha sauce
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Place cubed chicken evenly in the prepared baking dish.
In a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well combined.
Pour the sauce over the chicken and toss to coat evenly.
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the top.
Bake for 25–30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from oven, garnish with sliced green onions, and serve warm.
Notes
