A quick and customizable breakfast parfait layered with yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, nuts, and coconut. Perfect for a nutritious breakfast or snack in just minutes.

Ingredients

  • Fresh blackberries (or other fruits/berries)
  • Bananas, peeled and sliced
  • Granola (or other favorite crunchy cereal)
  • Yogurt (honey-vanilla or preferred flavor)
  • Grated coconut
  • Nuts (almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc.)
  • Honey or agave nectar
  • Pinch of ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl or glass, layer the yogurt, fruit, granola, coconut, and nuts in any order you prefer.
  2. Drizzle with honey or agave nectar and sprinkle with a pinch of ground cinnamon.
  3. Serve immediately.

Notes
