A simple, creamy coleslaw with crisp cabbage and a tangy dressing. This easy side dish pairs well with barbecue, sandwiches, and weeknight meals.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag coleslaw mix (about 14 oz)
  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions

  1. Place the coleslaw mix in a large mixing bowl.
  2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, lemon juice, sugar, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
  3. Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss until evenly coated.
