A crunchy high protein granola packed with wholesome oats, nuts, seeds, and protein-rich ingredients for a satisfying breakfast or snack.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup nuts of choice
  • 1/4 cup seeds
  • 1/4 cup protein powder
  • 1/4 cup peanut butter or nut butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup or honey
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  2. Combine rolled oats, nuts, seeds, protein powder, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
  3. Mix nut butter, maple syrup or honey, and vanilla extract together, then stir into the dry ingredients until evenly coated.
  4. Spread the mixture onto the prepared baking tray in an even layer.
  5. Bake until golden and crisp, stirring halfway through to cook evenly.
