These easy naan pizzas are loaded with mozzarella, fresh tomatoes, red onion, and garlic for a quick and flavorful meal. Perfect for a fast lunch, dinner, or appetizer with fresh basil on top.

Ingredients

  • 4 naan
  • 2 cups freshly grated mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup fresh mozzarella pearls, torn in half
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 Tbsp. olive oil
  • 1 tsp. Italian seasoning
  • A pinch of salt
  • 1/4 cup finely sliced red onion
  • 2 roma tomatoes, thinly sliced
  • Fresh basil, for serving

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the grated mozzarella cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Place the naan on the prepared baking sheet and evenly distribute the cheese mixture over each naan.
  4. Top with the tomato slices, red onion, and torn mozzarella pearls.
  5. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes, until the cheese is melted and bubbly and the edges are lightly golden.
  6. Let cool for a few minutes, then top with fresh basil and serve.

Notes

  • Add pepperoni, cooked chicken, or vegetables for extra toppings.
  • Freshly grated mozzarella melts more evenly than pre-shredded cheese.
  • Serve with a simple green salad for a complete meal.
  • Leftovers can be refrigerated and reheated in the oven or air fryer.
