This festive red, white, and blue fudge is creamy, sweet, and perfect for patriotic celebrations. Made with white chocolate and colorful swirls, it comes together quickly with just a few ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups white chocolate chips
  • 14 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 drops red food coloring
  • 4 drops blue food coloring
  • 12 tbsp star sprinkles

Instructions

  1. Line a baking dish with parchment paper to make the fudge easier to remove and slice.
  2. Melt the white chocolate chips using a double boiler over low heat, stirring until smooth.
  3. Stir the sweetened condensed milk into the melted chocolate until fully combined.
  4. Add the red and blue food coloring drops and gently swirl the colors together without overmixing.
  5. Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  6. Sprinkle the star sprinkles over the top and gently press them into the fudge.
  7. Place the pan in the freezer for 30 minutes or refrigerate for 2-3 hours until the fudge is firm.
  8. Lift the fudge out using the parchment paper and cut into 36 bite-sized squares with a sharp knife.

Notes

  • Store fudge in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
  • For cleaner slices, warm the knife slightly before cutting.
  • You can use gel food coloring for more vibrant swirls.
  • This recipe is great for Fourth of July parties and summer gatherings.
